The best part of buying from Hercules Homes is that I was able to take the model home and

change the interior to my wants and needs without any hassles. I just gave Lou a diagram of the

changes and he sent it off to the factory. Several weeks later the home came back exactly as I

designed it.

Lou also assisted me in getting my land cleared, well, septic & power put in as well as finding a

bank to finance my needs. This was a one-stop shop for me, a turnkey experience.
